Composition and material
Mouthpiece in 3D-Flex, a flexible medical-grade thermoplastic, BPA- and latex-free, hypoallergenic and easy to clean. 2.3 mm thickness, universal size. Upper and lower trays connected by a flexible hinge that keeps the lower jaw slightly forward while allowing you to open and close your mouth. Comes with a ventilated antibacterial case.
How to use it
1. Rinse the mouthpiece with lukewarm water.
2. Place it in your mouth, with your upper teeth in the upper tray, and gently close your jaw: it will position itself, no preparation needed.
3. Sleep. For the first two or three nights, a slight sensation of jaw tension upon waking is normal and will quickly disappear.

Rinse with lukewarm water every morning, brush without abrasive toothpaste, dry, and store in the ventilated case. No boiling water or dishwasher. Replace it as soon as it shows signs of wear. The duo pack allows you to keep one at home and one in your travel bag.

Does it really work from the first night?
Yes, because Silenteo acts mechanically: as long as the jaw is held forward, the throat remains open and the air no longer vibrates. There is no body adaptation period to wait for. Allow two or three nights to no longer feel the mouthpiece.
Why not a CPAP machine, surgical tape, or nasal strips?
CPAP is noisy, expensive, and designed for sleep apnea. Mouth taping blocks air and can make breathing difficult throughout the night. Nasal strips open the nose, while snoring occurs in the throat. Silenteo addresses the cause: the receding jaw.
